Reduce blood sugar in diabetic patients
This drug should be used under physician’s prescription only. The dosage of the drug is as follows:
Group 1: Type II Diabetes – patients who only take tablets, with their Fasting Blood Sugar under 200.
Every day dilute 19-23 drops (equals to 1 ml) of Diamed in a glass of water and drink; continue with other medications as prescribed by your physician.
3 days after the beginning of treatment with Diamed, FBS and blood sugar levels after taking Diamed (3 hours after) have to be measured. If blood sugar does not reduce, increase the dosage to 38-46 drops (equals to 2 ml) per day and continue so till considerable decrease in FBS is noted; afterwards, dosage can be reduced to and maintained at 19-23 drops (equals to 1 ml) per day.
Group 2: Type II Diabetes – patients who take tablets and insulin, with their Fasting Blood Sugar above 200.
Every day dilute 38-46 drops (equals to 2 ml) of Diamed in a glass of water and drink; continue with other medications as prescribed by your physician.
3 days after the beginning of treatment with Diamed, FBS, and blood sugar levels after eating and also after taking Diamed have to be measured. If blood sugar level reduces, insulin doses need to be decreased over a course of 8 months. If blood sugar does not decrease considerably, daily dose can be initially taken up to 57-69 drops (equals to 3-3.5 ml) (before noon, afternoon and evening), and after positive response to this drug, the dose can be maintained at 38-46 drops (equals to 2 ml) per day.
Group 3: Type I Diabetes – patients who take insulin.
Initially, per day, dilute 38-46 drops (equals to 2 ml) of Diamed in a glass of water and drink; continue with insulin injection as prescribed by your physician.
3 days after the beginning of treatment with Diamed, FBS, and blood sugar levels after eating and also after taking Diamed have to be measured. If blood sugar level reduces, insulin doses need to be decreased. The duration of time necessary for reduction in insulin dosage would become clear within the first 3 to 7 days of administration of Diamed.
Things you must do
Precipitation in herbal solutions does not reduce their therapeutic effect. Shake bottle well before use.
This product is made from high quality local and imported herbs organically planted and harvested. It has been formulated by Iran Darouk Pharmaceuticals.
Concurrent use of this drug with some chemical drugs might, in some individuals, cause such adverse reactions as high blood pressure, fluctuation in blood pressure and/or palpitation.
Store below 25°C, keep away from direct sunlight and avoid from freezing.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Disposal
Do not put into sewer lines. Dispose of in the everyday rubbish bin.
Side effects
In clinical studies and interviews carried out with the patients using distillate of eryngo (the medicinal plant in the present drug), no specific adverse effect due to the use of eryngo alone has been reported.
When NOT to take it
• Avoid using expired products.
Things you must do
• In case there is a considerable drop in the patient’s blood sugar, dried white mulberry and dates can be helpful.
• Consult with your doctor if you notice any symptoms of adverse reactions.
• Precipitate formation in the product does not indicate that the product has gone bad; shake the bottle well before use.
• If kept in a cool place, away from light after opening, the product keeps for one month.
Avoid taking this drug during pregnancy and lactation.
