Caraway Mixture
• Anti-Flatulence, Spasmodic and Dyspepsia in children
• 1 month to 6 months: 1 teaspoon or 5 ml daily.
• 6 months to 2 years: 2 times a day, 1 teaspoon or 5 ml each time.
• Over 2 years: 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon or 5 ml each time. If necessary, these values can be repeated up to 6 times a day.
This product is made from high quality local and imported herbs organically planted and harvested. It has been formulated by Iran Darouk Pharmaceuticals.
• Since the pH level in Caraway Mixture is important, it should not be used concurrently with acidic medicines.
• Do not take this drug with Lithium, salicylates and antifungals such as ketoconazole concurrently.
• Concurrent use of the products include fennel with aspirin, anticoagulants, antiplatelet, Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Ginkgo biloba, garlic and saw palmetto, may increase the risk of bleeding.
• Concurrent use of Caraway Mixture and quinolone antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin may lead to decreased bioavailability of ciprofloxacin.
Store below 25°C, keep away from direct sunlight and freezing.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Disposal
Do not put into sewer lines. Dispose in the everyday rubbish bin.
• There is possibility of allergic reactions in some children.
• In diabetic children, use this syrup under supervision of a physician.
• Avoid taking this drug in children less than 1 month old.
• Use within 4 weeks of first opening bottle.
• Do not use the drug if it changes color.
• Long term use and high doses of this drug must be taken under supervision of a physician.
Side effects
In hypertensive children, this syrup may cause allergic reactions.
Avoid taking this drug during pregnancy and lactation.
