Liverofit
• Protective against hepatotoxicity, acute and chronic hepatitis & hepatic cirrhosis
• Prevention of inflammations, kidney damage and nephrotoxicity of antitumor drugs
• Protection against liver toxicity of many compounds on the liver, including carbon tetrachloride, galactosamine, lanthanides, thioacetamide, butyrofenones, phenothiazines, acetaminophen, halothane, dilantin and alcohol.
• Treatment of fatty liver disease
Three times a day, take 1 tablet each time with a glass of water.

Milk thistle may increase the effect of chemotherapy drugs.
Consult your physician before taking Liverofit with metronidazole, doxorubicin, yohimbine, phenothiazine such as butyrophenone, phentolamine, sugar blood lowering agents, anticoagulants such as warfarin, anti-platelets, drugs metabolized by CYP450, glucuronidated drugs (lamotrigine, haloperidol, morphine, …), P-glycoprotein substrates (digoxin, quinidine, …), raloxifen, sirolimus, tamoxifen, sulfasalazine, tacrolimus and topoisomerase I.
Store in a dry place, below 25 °C and keep away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Disposal
Do not put into sewer lines. Dispose in the everyday rubbish bin.
When NOT to take it
• Avoid taking this drug if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients.
• Avoid taking this drug in breast cancer patients receiving cyclophosphamide, gastric ulcer, gallstones, bile duct blockage, and allergy to Asteraceae family and also two weeks prior to an elective surgery.
• Patients with hormone sensitive conditions, diabetes, bleeding disorders and gastroesophageal reflux should consult with a healthcare professional before use.
Side effects
this drug may cause mild gastrointestinal problems (such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, flatulence, heartburn, abdominal fullness, loss of appetite and increasing acid secretion), polymenorrhea and allergic reactions (pruritus, urticarial, rash, eczema and anaphylaxis).
Avoid taking this drug during pregnancy and lactation.
